  2. Make tadka. Heat ghee in a pan. Then add mustard seeds and add split urad daal and fry for a minute, then add green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a minute. Tadka is ready.
  3. After cool down the rice add curd and salt as per ur taste. And mix well.
  4. Pour tadka on mixed curd-rice.. Mix it well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and whole red chilli.
  6. Yummy and tummy friendly curdrice is ready.
