- 1 cup semolina /suji
- 1/4 cup curd
- as per taste Salt
- Pinch baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 spoon black peper powder
- 1/2 spoon chaat masala
- 1 spoon oil / butter
- 3 spoon rice flour
Instructions to make to make Tricolour Uttapam
- Mix semolina curd rice flour in vessel add salt and water prepare smooth batter keep aside.
- Heat oil in small pan saute carrots capsicum and onions sepretely keep seprate bowl. Now sprinkle black peper chaat masala and salt on carrots capsicum and onions

- Now add baking soda in prepareed batter. Mix water for desired countisency.

- Heat non-stick pan / tawa brush it with oil / butter pour some batter on tawa spread it in round shape. Place carrots onions and capsicum topping as tricolour and cook till become crisp.

- Flip and cook another side too.
Serve hot with chutney samber rassam.
